We are looking for 15+ Bilingual Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) to join our team in our Customer Information Center in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will answer complex customer inquiries and/or resolve complex service concerns in order to support customers. The CRS is a licensed representative and is responsible for initiating and successfully closing cross sales opportunities and supporting marketing campaigns. Contacts are made through inbound and outbound calls in a way that enables the call center to meet its customer satisfaction and business performance goals. Allstate provides more than 16 weeks of paid training! Tentative Start Date : Friday March23, 2012 Schedule for first 1 2 weeks: 10:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m., Mon. Fri. Training schedule: 1:00 p.m. 9:30 p.m., with Sundays and Monday off. (approx. 8 weeks) Transition Training schedule : 2:30 p.m. 11:00 p.m., with Wednesdays and Sundays off. (approx. 8 weeks) Regular Schedule: Starting times between 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., with ending times between 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with Wednesdays and Sundays off. Employees may also have the option of two consecutive mid week days off (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for their regular schedule. Holidays required. Salary: $552.00 weekly (paid bi weekly). Possible additional 10% if regular schedule is a 2nd shift schedule. Additional 5% for language skill. Benefits start on the first day of employment! Position requires General Lines Property and Casualty (P possible 24/7/365 hours of operations. There will be extended periods of sitting while multitasking including use of various computer programs while interacting with the customer on the phone. Non standard hours based on call volume. One of Allstate's primary goals is to service our customers how, when and where they want to be served; therefore this position requires the flexibility to work shifts that mirror the needs of our customers. As the needs of our customers change, the available shifts within the center may change as well. The Customer Relationship Specialists position will be responsible for: Providing an exceptional experience to customers in order to meet performance goals. Resolving complex questions/issues and referring other inquiries to appropriate areas as needed. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of specific company products in order to portray confidence and credibility to customers. Proactively identify and act on cross selling opportunities in order to increase household penetration and improve customer retention, applying effective selling and influencing techniques. Providing quotes for both auto and property premiums and bind policies. Prospect for new business during routine customer calls. Qualifications The skills required are: Language requirement: Bilingual Spanish Advanced Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Advanced Basic PC aptitude with Word, Excel and the Internet Advanced Flexibility Advanced Team oriented Advanced Adaptability Experience Required: At least one year ofexperience in a customer service/sales call center environment or equivalent customer service/sales job is preferred and a preference for insurance industry related experience. j2w
