Job Description

Well-known company is looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative with great stability.

**previous call center experience a plus**

JOB DUTIES: Extensive relationship building, assisting with order processing, taking incoming calls, assisting with general customer service support duties,confirming deliveries, making sure that the deliveries arrived on time and with no damages, answering customer inquiries, processing orders, researching and resolving requests to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction. Additional duties, as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma minimum. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Customer Service/Sales environment. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Good math,writing and communication skills (including spelling). Must be enthusiastic, organized and able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
