Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative We are seeking a customer service representative for a client near Torrance, CA. The customer service representative duties include receiving and placing telephone calls. The customer service representative MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH. The customer service representative must also be capable of speaking to clients in a detail oriented manner and if need be, escalate the call the appropriate staff. The customer service representative must maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. The customer service representative will be performing data entry and will use MS Office software programs. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. The customer service representative must possess excellent communication abilities and proven alphanumeric data entry skills are essential.
