As a key member of the organization, individual selected will directly supervise, train, and ensures the safety in the distribution facility. Seeking a professional key player that will assist with developing and implementation of plans to reduce damage and control loss. Seeking a reliable go to person that is able to handle coordination with warehouse personal to provide necessary shipping documents for the daily shipments. In addition this role will take the lead in ensuring that all employees work safely and follow Company rules, policies and you will have the autonomy of growing the warehouse staff and training them on the distribution processes you refine. Your ability to manage the inbound/outbound shipping process will be crucial as you oversee all quality control, pick and pack functions, bin locations assignment and successful cycle counts for our high SKU multi-faceted import business. Your background reducing charge backs, spearheading inventory shrinkage, and expertly managing a well-trained distribution workforce to perform efficiently and accurately will guarantee your success in this challenging and rewarding opportunity.
