This is a full time position and starts immediately.Responsibilities:* Oversee classroom of preschool aged children i.e. 12:1:2 ratio* Prepare Individual Education Plans (IEP's) and progress reports * Meet with parents as necessary and involve them in their child's activities and progress* Provide direction to teacher assistants, 1:1's or substitute's in your classroomQualifications: * NYS Early Childhood Birth to 2 Students with Disabilities OR NYS Special Education Certification required * Masters degree strongly preferred* Bilingual Spanish extension* Seeking candidates with experience with preschool aged children with special needs* Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skillsPlease apply online below.
