Customer Service Representative
Qualified candidates must have 2 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Candidate must possess a friendly and professional telephone voice/manner, good listening, written and verbal communication skills. A college degree in a business related field is preferred. Computer literacy and data entry experience with speed and accuracy is a must. Bilingual, Spanish / English or French / English a plus.
Responsibilities include answering, entering and expediting customer orders as well as invoicing and providing basic technical information and product availability along with other responsibilities related to managing assigned accounts. Candidates must be available to work a flexible work schedule within the departmental hours of M-F, 8am - 7:30pm EST.
