Description: Massively EXPANDING & HIGHLY REGARDED Import/Export Co. is actively interviewing for a Bilingual Spanish Export Customer Service Representative. As the appointed individual to be the liaison for major accounts on behalf of this Co. you will have the autonomy to handle the book of business from A to Z. A few core duties: Conducting quality check on orders after picked, determine way of transport, set up pick-ups with major freight and express carriers, created Bill of ladings and labels. Set up will calls, deal with customers directly via fax, email, phone or face to face, order office and warehouse supplies. Utilize Excel, Outlook, and a Co. proprietary software on a daily basis.
