JOB DESCRIPTIONWell known company has a need for a Bilingual Spanish Export Customer Service Representative.
Seeking someone with a demonstrated track record with export documentation. Ideal individual should have export industry experience and understand shipping requirements, documentation requirements for exporting from USA. Seeking someone who has excellent customer communications. We are looking for Export documentation, for various countries, primarily though Latin America. Must understand logistics, shipping requirements, documentation requirements for exporting from USA. Since our product is service, communications is a must have, we by default need someone who has excellent customer communications, and since this is primarily Latin American, we'll need someone who can speak/write Spanish.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience, Team player, Strong oral/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, Initiative and strong work standards, Attention to detail, Planning and analysis skills, ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, Strong computer skills.
