JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Well-Known company is looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative w/warehouse, manufacturing, distribution or logistics background.
JOB DUTIES: Ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with drivers, confirming deliveries, making sure that the deliveries arrived on time and with no damages, and other logistics responsibilities. In addition, will maintain ongoing relationships with customers, field sales, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing personnel, marketing and support outside sales team. Answering customer inquiries, processing orders, researching and resolving requests to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
**Strong Data Entry - 10 Key and Alpha Numeric**
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma minimum. Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution or logistics environment. Must be familiar with MS Office Word and Excel. Good writing and communication skills (including spelling). Must be enthusiastic, organized and able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
