Bilingual Spanish Quality Control Specialist-Food Processing Plant

Prominent key player in the food industry is actively interviewing for a Quality Control Specialist. Ideal candidate will be conducting Pre-Operational Inspection of the processing facility and plant, including titration of sanitizers used in the facility and initiating corrective actions as needed;Conduct Operational Inspection while in production mode and initiating corrective action as needed including segregating of product to prevent customer complaints or shipping of;HACCP Monitoring of the companys production through out the production day; Perform product testing including aseptic micro sampling of raw materials and finished goods. Job Experience:

Previous food industry quality control experience is preferred
