JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY We are currently looking for a Billing Assistant to work in a growing office in Aliquippa.
?Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred
?Must have at least 1-2 years of administrative or billing related work experience
?Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
?Strong data entry skills
?Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
?Strong attention to detail
?Effective communication skills
?Completes reports and updates accurately and distributes on a timely basis.
?Processes invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
?Interacts cooperatively with other departments of the company, as necessary.
?Ensures quality work in all aspects of the billing process.
?Performs special projects as assigned.
?Audits all assigned records in accordance with established audit processing instructions.
?Participates in cross-training activities.
?Monitors new developments in area of responsibility and attempts to resolve or refers to supervisor as appropriate.
