span Billing Clerk job in La Grange, IL br   br Do you have prior experience with Billing and are Excel savvy? Are you passionate when it comes to working within the Accounting environment? If so, we want YOU! As a Billing Clerk, your job requires you to be accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files.  This is a temporary to hire position and looking to start immediately, but offers dynamic work environment and an opportunity to gain great knowledge within accounting. br   br Billing Clerk Job Duties: br • Communicating with customers thoroughly to work through any discrepancies br • Issue monthly customer statements br • Preparing invoices and sending them to customers br • Processing credit memos regularly br • Process charge backs when necessary br • Keeping all customer information up to date br   br Qualifications: br • 2+ Years’ experience in Billing   br • Proficient/Advance in Excel br • Strong attention to detail and exceptional data entry skills br • Superior organizational skills and ability to multi task br • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal br • Ability to work autonomously br   br If you are interested in this temporary to hire Billing Clerk job, please email your resume to: with the subject "Billing Clerk." br   br /span
