AmeriPath's extensive diagnostics infrastructure includes over 400 pathologists and doctorate-level scientists providing services in over 40 independent pathology laboratories and in more than 200 hospitals across the US.
We are currently searching for a part-time Billing Client Services Representative to join our team. In an environment where the patient is at the center of everything that we do individuals in this position typically work in a call center environment to respond to patients, clients or their representative. They will research billing issues in order to respond and resolve them to the patients and companies satisfaction.

Job Qualification:
* Must have a High School diploma or GED - required
* One year experience in a call center or customer service preferred
* Prior billing experience a plus* Fluent in both English and Spanish - preferred

KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Interact closely with clients to meet requests and resolve issues
* Escalate client concerns to supervisor or manager
* Effectively communicate with sales department as necessary
* Assist in all aspects of patient result reporting
* Performs related responsibilities as assigned
* Assist with phone coverage daily
* Follow departmental QA/quality control policies and procedures
* Adherence to Safety Regulations
* Adherence to HIPAA Regulation
