Description
The admin assistant / billing assistant coordinates the facility s front desk operations (Ensures a professional first impression of the company when visitors arrive as well as when directing client and vendor phone calls), as well as performing a variety of accounting support duties.

Hours: Approximately 30 hours /wk; mainly Tuesday Thursday schedule, however, requires working the last five work days of each month for billing close.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Process daily billing which involves considerable amount of data entry.
Works closely with local sales; corporate pricing & credit departments.
Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel preferred.

Minimum of two year degree or equivalent work experience & education (accounting preferred).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, physically type data into a computer keyboard, interact verbally in person and on the phone, make verbal presentations, vision to include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision. Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
