span Billing Supervisor br San Jose br Full Time br   br   br Job Description br The Billing Supervisor will provide support and leadership to our billing team. The successful candidate will possess a solid knowledge billing processes and procedures, financial reporting and internal controls. You should have demonstrated leadership abilities in developing billing teams, building relationships, streamlining processes and “getting things done”. We are looking for someone with a passion for service excellence who is a team player and thrives in a fast paced, roll up your sleeves office environment. br   br Key Areas of Responsibilities br • Oversee all billing and month end close process. br • Review and maintain contracts and other compliance requirements related to customer relationship br • Recommend, develop and oversee new processes as necessary to ensure the accuracy and consistency of billing activities in compliance with client contracts and GAAP. br • Continuously implement best practices and efficient/cost-effective operations br • Produce accurate and timely billing invoices for our clients. br • Establish goals and priorities within the department. Mentor and develop team members. br • Support billing related special projects and tasks br   br Education, Certification & Experience br • 5+ years finance experience building teams and streamlining processes br • Solid technical skills billing processes/procedures and internal controls br • Ability to communicate clearly to clients and all levels within organization br • Ability to complete hands on and detail oriented tasks br • Experience with ERP systems/implementation and solid MS Office skills br • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills br • Team player able to build cross functional relationships to drive business results br • Service focused with sense of urgency to both internal and external customers br   br   br /span
