JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco is currently assisting Cirque du Soleil to fill Box Office Clerk positions in San Francisco, CA. This is a temporary opportunity. As a Box Office Clerk you will be responsible for the below duties. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Answering customer calls, handling customer transactions
Preparing will call for each performance
Handling cash and credit card transactions, balancing registers each day
Performing tasks to make sure work environment is clean at all times
Professionally confront problems and suggest possible resolutions
Previous customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in stressful situations
Must be positive, honest, resourceful, polite, courteous and presentable
Computer experience, software experience such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous cash handling and/or credit card transaction experience
Fluent in English
Able to communicate in other languages a plus, but not required
Able to be punctual, reliable and able to work in a team environment
Other Duties as Assigned
Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by Cirque du Soleil supervisors and Adecco On-Site staff
