The Branch Manager will oversee the successful implementation of goals and targets for the sales team while leading the branch employees and growing new and current client relationships.

We are a bottleless water cooler supplier that manufactures state-of-the-art water purifiers for the workplace. Our multi-stage water filtration system represents the best-in-class bottleless water cooler alternative: superb drinking water, improved sustainability program and immediate cost savings for most commercial applications, from the office to manufacturing to retail.

COMPENSATION:

* $60-70k Base Salary + Commission - $100K+++ annually

DUTIES:

* Oversee the implementation and organization of roles and responsibilities.
* Executes hiring plans for sales team, size of team, focus for branch goals and territories
* Implement budgets, KPI's, quotas for all sales executives
* Provide accurate weekly forecasting
* Organize strategic plans to grow presence with current clients and
* Monitoring the compensation of the sales team and capitalizing on applicable coaching opportunities
* Product sales strategy and planning
* Competitive assessments and planning.
* Be regularly present in the market place with the Account Executives
* Creating, executing and managing to a local Business Plan

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

* Oversee the implementation of market level plans at the branch level
* Implement territory level business plans for Account Executives in regards to Key Performance Indicators
* Managing local marketing budgets and tracking ROI effectively -
* Arrange media planning for all "Inbound" leads
* Attend trade events & seminars as necessary
* Product sales planning. Building strategic growth plans around transactional improvements.
* Promotional based selling
* Pipeline/Activity Management of the sales team
