JOB DESCRIPTIONOne of our largest most prestigious Beauty/Hair care and Tools Wholesaler/Distribution conglomerates (position located in Nassau County) seeks entrepreneur with 5+ years in branding, marketing and sales analysis for expanding company (Beauty Industry a MUST). Create brand identity including product assortment, pricing strategy and marketing. Ability to work overseas with manufacturers in China. Partner with brand and cross functional teams on development of brands annual plans to deliver financial and brand goals. Support development, execution and optimization of business strategies and marketing plans. Ability to communicate and work with high end celebrities with both QVC and HSN networks as well as in person. Contribute to development and category and product strategies. Develop and execute new product position statements and concepts. Analyze new product feasibilities; forecasting, target audience, pricing, ROI and competitive analysis. Maintain and monitor project timelines. Involved in all aspects of product launch. This is a hands on role involving managing branding and marketing budgets, forecasts and communication with account executives. Drive initiatives and competitively position company's products in the market place. Research and develop new packaging ideas. Coordinate project plans to test and measure customer discovery and shopping behavior. Handle aspects of merchandising including strategy identification, implementation and communication. Prepare presentations for senior management. Strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills. Must have strong research abilities, creative ideas and take initiative. Creative thinker, ability to multitask with strong verbal and written communication skills. MS Suite.
