The Director of Brand Strategy owns the strategic relationship with the brand, the client, and for the agency for 2-3 brands. She/he is responsible for generating business-building insight and inspiring the creatives to do business-building work. This role reports directly to Global Chief Strategy Officer.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role works closely with BS&A and SCS to manage the strategic process for the brand with ownership/emphasis on brand strategy (i.e., the anthropology of the brand) and bring insight to the development of business-building brand communications:
* Manage/lead primary and secondary research efforts
* Manage/lead targeting/segmentation efforts
* Manage/lead Comms Planning efforts
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
6+ (5 if unusually talented)
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly is critical. Must also be team oriented, deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task. Highly self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced collaborative environment, have strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills. Looking for a curious, ambitious, accountable and driven thinker.
4-year degree required. Comms planning experience required. Web/Digital Marketing Experience highly relevant.
