Requisition Number 90274 Job title Brazilian Portuguese/Spanish Buyer Location Sacramento Country United States City Sacramento State California Job type Job description Apple's Corporate Procurement Department is seeking a skilled Buyer for indirect and new products procurement to process Purchase Requisitions, SAP Purchase Orders and other Procurement generalist responsibilities. **PLEASE NOTE: This position requires fluency (written and verbal) in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese** Job Responsibilities: .Review and process Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders while implementing procurement strategies, policies and procedures. .Serve as the key point of contact for Apple Initiators, Authorized Requesters, Global Supply Managers and others to troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order issues. .Conduct training on Apple PR to PO processes and Procurement policies and procedures. .Manage projects or participate in cross functional improvement teams related to improving the PR to PO process. .Maintain the currency and accuracy of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and other department databases and records. .Assist with systems user acceptance testing and technology implementation project tasks, as assigned. .Requires an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Engineering or Supply Chain Management. .Requires a minimum five years of experience as a Buyer processing purchase requisitions to purchase orders in a complex, global, procurement environment. .Requires a strong knowledge of procurement practices and techniques. .Requires ability to read, interpret and administer contract specifications within the Procurement process. .Requires SAP Materials Management software knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel (advanced skill set) and presentation software knowledge. .Requires demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by leading cross functional teams in refining and implementing procurement processes and procedures. .Prefer a strong working knowledge of the Ariba eSourcing application. .Prefer ISM certification. **Requires fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish**Industries: Computer Hardware Media / Publishing Computer Services
