Must have experience cooking breakfast and lunch for both buffets and items to order from restaurant menu. We prepare buffet meal for approximately 30 employees daily. Will assist in receiving and putting away deliveries. Must be clean and organized - should have knowledge of Board of Health regulations and sanitations. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week. The Cook is responsible for cost effective preparation of quality food in safe and efficient compliance with proper food preparation and handling, policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management. Prepare and maintain 2am & 6:30am Breakfast buffet along with any additional breakfast banquets or individual orders. Reports directly to the Chef.
