Breast Imaging Accreditation Manager Job Type: Full Time Location: Reston, VA Job Description: The American College of Radiology, a professional association for radiologists, has an opening for a Breast Imaging Accreditation Manager to manage and coordinate activities within the program. The Breast Imaging Accreditation Manager will guide the BIAP staff in researching issues and problems regarding facility accreditation and certification; coordinate and provide oversight to staff for the completion of final reports; develop and maintain databases and/or spreadsheets to track the various ongoing accreditation activities; supervise, train, and develop staff and monitor activities and workflow; review complex accreditation reports for accuracy and appropriateness; answer technical questions from members and facility staff; review, revise, and develop breast imaging accreditation program policies, protocols, and application documents as needed; develop annual budgets and monitor current spending regularly; staff ACR Committees; and prepare and present exhibits and lectures on the ACR Breast Imaging Accreditation Programs for local and national conferences. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years management and Mammography, MRI, or Ultrasound experience; breast imaging or ARRT (M) strongly desired; and must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
