Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:Under general supervision, serves customers by resolving customer issues related to their internet and video products and services while providing information about other product lines. Solicits orders for new products and services.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:Professionally, accurately, and effectively handle in-bound calls from customers requesting: oVideo troubleshooting oInternet connectivity troubleshooting oChanges to customer records oCredits and payments to customer accounts oBilling inquiriesIdentify opportunities to sell additional Charter products and services during customer interactionResolve customer questions or concerns in one callHome Networking and Security Suite supportMeet or Exceed monthly performance metricsPerform other duties as may be requested by SupervisorPERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:0-1 years experience in a technical Call Center for a Communication CompanyEDUCATION, CERTIFICATION & LICENSES:High School diploma or equivalentWORKING CONDITIONS:Office Environment
