Broker Specialist -
This Broker Specialist Position Features:
Urgent need for a Fortune 500 global auto finance company looking to add a professional individual to their team.
Will be responsible for handling credit applications, input information from documents.
Must be able to forward inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team.
Must have professional communication skill - will work as a liaison between dealers, banks, insurance companies to validate information required for credit application process.
60%: Input information from documents received from dealers into system during the credit application process.
15%: Contact banks and insurance companies to validate information needed during the credit application process.
10%: Forward inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud
10%: Communicate with dealers to acquire documentation needed to complete the application process.
5%: Provide daily information updates on the status of outstanding broker applications.
? Candidate must show the ability to learn quickly, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
The candidate must also possess the following:
? Detail oriented
? Strong work ethic.
? This person must be able to process a large volume of incoming documents effectively and efficiently.
? Good communication skills, this person will work with banks and other institutions to verify documents.
? This person will communicate with dealers
? Effective time management skills
? Task Prioritization skills
? Good written communication skills
It?s important that the candidate is able to work 10-7pm during the week plus overtime on Saturday from 12-5pm.
