Budget Analyst with TS/SCI

P A Budget Analyst (BA) analyzes accounting records to determine financial resources required to implement programs and makes recommendations for budget allocations to ensure conformance to budgetary limits. The BA is responsible for reviewing operating budgets periodically in order to analyze trends affecting budget needs. The BA relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish specifically defined tasks. The position requires performance of a variety of complicated tasks. The BA is expected to provide creative solutions in dynamic mission environment. It is desired that the BA have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in budget development, budget execution, or financial management. The BA shall be knowledgeable and experienced with DOD budget development and budget execution policies and procedures.
