JOB DESCRIPTIONWill perform capital planning and project evaluation activities.
Will coordinate, manage, and disseminate capital planning tools, calendars, and systems while driving to optimize existing practices and procedures.
Will analyze all potential deals and partnerships quantitatively, including but not limited to medical staffing contracts with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice agencies.
Will evaluate feasibility of new projects and new deals focusing on pricing, demand size, and length.
Will develop and propose revenue-generating counter offers if deals are not convenient for the agency.
Will be responsible for determining the sustainability of every partnership presented by the sales and executive teams.
Will maintain budget and cost-accounting databases, collecting and monitoring budget variance reports, preparing productivity and various analysis reports, and helping in the preparation of the annual operational and capital budget.
Will take part in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives and yearly budgeting / forecasting.
Will provide continuous analysis and opinion on company operation.
Will assist with monthly and ad-hoc analysis in numerous functional areas including Sales & Marketing, Administrative Operations, Clinical Operations, HR, and customer service.
Will summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.
Will analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
Will analyze the return on investment of advertising campaigns and marketing efforts.
Will examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
Will direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports.
Will provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
Will compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.
Will review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
Will interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives.
Will match appropriations for specific programs with appropriations for broader programs, including items for emergency funds.
Will consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
Will perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods.
Will seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
