Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervises work being conducted after normal working hours including construction, renovation, quality assurance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire protection. Coordinates between Property Operations with Security, Housekeeping, and the FSD as needed in responding to alarms or other emergency conditions. Is available to respond to the Front Desk, Housekeeping, for situations involving the physical plant and supporting guest with technical issues. Serves as the main point of contact for communications to others on the condition of the property. Works with all hotel personnel to ensure a safe working environment and that the company's safety operating procedures and conduct is observed at all times. Serves as the final point of responsibility during his shift for maintaining the building and its mechanical areas in good working order and appearance. Ensure proper operation and delivery of all utilities where and when needed by any other departments. Monitor and report any technical difficult of the Andover System (Building Automation System) Follow up on technical issues assigned for his shift Assist other Property Operations Managers with requisitions, Work Orders as needed during his shift. Performs Patrols throughout the building to assure safety and proper working conditions of the mechanical equipment and the physical plant. Fills out a comprehensive report for the Chief Engineer and the Operations Manager on a daily basis Supervises: Building Manager supervises all employees within the Property Operations Department, and contractors that are working on the premises after normal working hours and weekends. Building Manager supervises all Property Operations employees on the premises when dealing with issues of safety and proper use of building systems and equipment. Lateral Responsibilities: Coordinates with Security, FSD, Front Desk, employees, tenants, and contractors working for other departments or tenants to ensure safe operating conditions. In addition to the above each Building Manager may have addition work assignments according to previous positions or as assigned by the Chief Engineer. Requirements:
