Job Description:

Recruit Veterans is currently seeking a Business Analyst 3 for our client in Austin, TX. Position DutiesReview, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs relating to the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) program in order to document business needs for automation of the data collection process.Facilitate gathering information needs and functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders.Write detailed description of user needs, business rules, user acceptance criteria, and steps required to develop or modify CMBHS to meet data collection needs.Develop, publish, and implement test cases/test plans for large complex Biz Talk Server, C#, .Net computer application CMBHS.Work under limited supervision. Work with Business Partners to analyze and assist developers in debugging CMBHS.Analyze test cases and provides regular progress reports.Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.Other reasonable services as necessary to ensure that the tasks listed above can be successfully performed.Work closely with CMBHS Project Manager to ensure resources are properly coordinated to complete project task assignments. Experience Required8 year s business analyst experience.6 years of testing knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis.6 years experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.5 years experience as a software test analyst.2 years experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (ClearCase or TFS) Experience PreferredExcellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels.5 years knowledge of Incremental Development Methodologies. Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management.Ability to efficiently manage development of use cases with SME's.4 years experience working with Government agencies.Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
