Business Analyst
Requirements

. 5 years experience in IT Business Analysis
. Knowledge of current business processes and applications

. Experience in analysis and design of package or custom software using project management tools and structured methodology is preferred

. Process analysis and modeling experience

**** Experience with performing analysis of large custom written applications with complex calculations

*****Financial applications experience required

******Entertainment industry experience preferred



. RESPONSIBILTIES

Work closely with end-users to identify and establish requirements for custom applications or package software.

. Define and validate system requirements, report formats and screen displays

. Interpret requirements to Developers

. Interface between users and Developers to refine process models.

. Ensure that software and application specifications meet business and user needs

. Work closely with Project Managers to develop process models that meet information requirements and are consistent with technical standards

. Continually expand knowledge of business processes, of how they fit together and how technology can be deployed to meet enterprise business objectives.

. Recommend changes in applications and systems and provide input on whether to patch or upgrade existing applications based on information needs

. Meet regularly with middle management and end users to identify ways to better deploy existing technology, or to modify processes to more effectively leverage the technology

. Ensure that user requests are continuously tracked as a means of identifying common problems that may require a global solution
