RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Supports the day-to-day management of VNSNY Revenue Cycle department in developing, designing and implementing workflows and procedures. Conducts audits and analyses, prepares reports and makes preliminary recommendations based on findings. Develops and conducts software training.
Education: Associates degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline required. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years business experience, preferably in managed care or health care setting, required. Effective oral/written communication skills required. Personal Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel required. Strong analytical skills, including analysis of data and recommendations based on findings required.
