Servicing Systems Business Analyst

The primary responsibility for this position is to generate and analyze production and ad-hoc reporting for the Default Departments. The candidate must be able to use their technical and analytical skills to develop operational, management, and exception reports, identify and implement automation opportunities and ensure best utilization of the servicing system. Specific responsibilities of the position include: Assist leadership in managing delinquency by producing delinquency and dashboard reports Identify loans for outbound call campaigns, outsourcing, referral to loss mitigation and foreclosure. Ensuring proper letters and notifications are sent timely and we are in compliance with state regulations. Research and analyze default data within the Servicing System to develop exception reports to ensure proper coding of the Servicing System and make sure correct workout programs are being offered. Develop ad-hoc reports to support the Default areas, daily snapshots of the portfolio's delinquency, call volume reports, investor, rating agency, and state licensing reports. Analyze delinquency data compared to other Servicers. Identify trends and spikes in delinquency and provide suggestions and assist with implementing process improvements. Utilize technical skills to streamline and automate processes. Develop a thorough understanding of the functional areas, business process as well as application functionality.
