Business Analyst for an NTT DATA owned project in Austin, TX

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying current state of application processes, eliciting their useful and harmful attributes, documenting process models, documenting requirements/designs, and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new process designs and technical solutions.

* Conducts interviews with IT staff, business units, management, and other stakeholders to gain insight on current state of processes

* Analyzes processes, documentation, and other data to understand technical details, identify problems, and determine solutions for application development, maintenance, and support processes

* Creates comprehensive software requirement specification and design documents

* Creates use cases and other functional specifications

* Models \\"as-is* and \\"to-be* business processes using workflow and process engines; documents gap analyses; diagrams system architecture

* Understands technical IT resources and translates/documents information into requirements for technical and non-technical audiences

* Demonstrates a strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture

* Develops and maintains effective relationships with the client, management, and team members

* Accepts and performs other tasks as directed by management
