Job Description
Job Summary:
As an alliance manager, you will design, develop, and implement alliance programs in support of sales goals. You will be responsible for building the business plan, driving sales enablement and marketing programs, influencing the solution roadmap, and ensuring a strong corporate alliance relationship with the partner. A strong understanding of NetApp's Product and Service offerings, extensive experience managing corporate alliances, and excellent analytical and negotiation skills are important in this position.Job RequirementsRequirements:
- Build formal business plan, including financial targets for the alliance
- Evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management
- Monitor alliance and relationship programs for sales impact and overall success of the program
- Work jointly with partner to achieve on-going initiatives
- Identify and develop marketing and sales enablement programs
- Work collaboratively with Sales function on joint goals and objectives for the relationship
- Build awareness through communication of the strategic benefits of the partnerships.
- Manage the on-going relationship with the partner.Education and ExperienceEducation & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience managing corporate alliances
- Substantial experience selling or marketing into corporate data centers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
