OPPORTUNITY

We are a fast-growing and dynamic Executive Recruiting Firm with an International client base. Work closely with our team to drive firm growth and revenue by assisting the owners with client development, strategic marketing, and identifying network opportunities.

Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is technologically savvy, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can work remotely.

Flexible location and hours; could be a part-time or full-time position.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting firm with the implementation and execution of business development goals and initiatives.

Proactively identifying business development opportunities, coordinating owners to pitch new business, and driving such opportunities from concept to execution.

Drafting pitches, RFP responses, presentations, talking points, and background briefing materials.

Gathering intelligence on firm clients / targets and market trends to provide practice and industry with an understanding of the competitive landscape and to position the firm for increased effectiveness in winning new business.

Tracking client development and marketing efforts

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Creative self-starter

Very organized

Ability to proactively network in-person and on the phone.

Excellent phone presence and out-going personality.

Persuasiveness to influence people at all levels of our organization to respond and collaborate is required.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Degree or Experience in business, marketing, or related field.

3+ years in client development and marketing professional services.
