JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY OUTSIDE SALES REP. FOCUSED ON NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are seeking accomplished new business sales representatives, with industrial B2B experience, preferably, with experience in selling fabricated products and services in the OEM market space.
The successful representative will:
Work aggressively to identify, solicit and secure new business consistent with business strategy
Evaluate sales by territory and product and develop effective sales strategies to capture and close sales
Achieve sales goals within assigned market areas
Demonstrate astute competitive awareness
Provide exceptional customer service
Effectively negotiate price
Complete all reporting requirements on a timely basis
Effectively convey technical knowledge of our product solutions and capabilities
In addition have:
An Associate's degree with technical or business background and 5-7 years related industrial B2B sales preferred or equivalent experience
Effective communication, presentation and negotiating skills
Innovative and strategic in sales approach
In depth understanding of sales principles and processes
Proficient computer skills including MS Office & CRM
