JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Development/Account Executive is responsible for driving new revenue and fostering client relationships. This includes developing clients from a lead to a client, coordinating with engineering to design client solutions, supporting operations to ensure a successful installation and maintaining client relationships to develop on-going business.

Responsibilities include:

* Consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota.
* Working closely with the operations manager, projector managers, engineering and installation teams to ensure a successful installation and final payment from the client.
* Participating in trade shows and networking events
* Representing LINX MULTIMEDIA in the community

_Education and Experience_

Four-year college degreepreferred. Five years of sales experience in a consultative sales position in audio/visual integration, network integration or other high-tech industry. Proficient with desktop computer software and systems.

Excellent listening skills. Effective at listening to client's needs, discerning requirements and documenting those needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers and clients. Strong verbal and written skills a must. Ability to function within a team environment. Confident in front of the customer.

Self directed individual. Ability to manage time and activities to meet sales quota. Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at various stages of the project and customer life cycles.

_Reasoning Ability_

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to adjust with evolving solutions and an evolving industry. The ability to gather information, understand the needs of the client and present solutions that meet the business needs of the client.

_Certificates, Licenses and Registrations_

Valid Colorado Driver's License

CTS or other industry certifications preferred

Compensation

Base Salary plus commission incentive
