* Effectively navigate and develop credible relationships with key decision makers/senior level agency executives
* Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts
* Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue
* Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients
* Establishing well-organized methodical sales process to ensure meeting quarterly revenue goals
* Meeting with full spectrum of influencers and decision makers
* Servicing and building an existing advertising base of clients and agencies
* Engaging in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on clients needs
* Travel when necessary to meet clients in person at industry conferences and client meetings throughout the US


* 3 to 5years of digitalsalesexperience, preferably at an advertising agency or online media company
* Strong understanding of the sales process with record of attaining top sales goals
* Results-driven orientation, superior client management skills, excellent follow-up and follow-through
* Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue
* BA/BS or MBA in business, marketing or related field with a strong academic record
* Exemplary leadership skills and business acumen
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
