Multinational corporation are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to work at automotive industry field. The target customers are OEM?s an Tier 1 companies. We are expanding our automotive business (Touch Screen, components and Camera Modules) and looking to recruit the right candidates to further facilitate our business growth, The candidate should be experienced in working as a Sales or Project Management with 3 to 5 years work experience in this industry. We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to work in a B2B environment, interact with customers and multiple departments within our organization. The candidate should have the ability to manage several assigned clients an projects, also be active for new business development with new clients. The position will cover Michigan & surrounding states for automotive business in the US. After initial training the candidate will be working with others sales and engineering staff with the goal of developing new business. Day to day work will involve engaging with customers and various product departments within the organization. The main product focus intended is for touch screen, camera module and components (connectors and switches). The candidate will be responsible for project management to lead our product department and factory on new and existing product developments. Some experience in engineering would be beneficial. travel in US and Asian countries will be required with customers, product department team.

Responsible for working with the product department team and customers to identify potential new areas of growth. To coordinate projects within in cross functional teams with the goal of delivering a product from concept to mass production. monitoring all aspects of the programs to ensure entire development time frame with customer. Developing and executing strategies for the next generation of products:
A. Research market and customer requirements to determine the feasibility of business and product application are fitting with what we are orienting
B. Make concept, design an pricing proposals with product department based on customer?s outline requirements.
C. Working with our engineering departments and project managers to ensure proper product development in the certain time frame
D. Generate business progress and update reports for the customer and our organization
E. Be on site at the customer to review their requirements and trouble shoot problems as needed
F. Identify and create all activities targeted at generating sales for company
G. Attend company trade shows and events as directed
H. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others within and outside the organization in order to achieve results
A. Bachelor?s degree
B. 3 to 5 years experience in the automotive industry
C. Experience in dealing with OEM and Tier 1 companies

Job Experience:

PAY: targeting $110-120K salary+ $10K sales incentive bonus per annual.
