Position Responsibilities:
Work with existing customers to educate them on new technologies available in the security market and sell new solutions to existing customer base
Grow existing customer base by identifying key opportunities and establishing relationships that will generate revenue
Work directly with existing Security sales team to target high opportunity customers and sell new products and solutions
Identify customer needs and frustrations within the retail segment of the market for security enabled products
Facilitate meetings between customers, sales and 3rd party vendors to coordinate solutions
Attend industry related conferences with the possibility of giving presentations
Maintain customer relationships from start of project through installation
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree
7-10 years of a combination of commercial sales experience, managing national accounts, or sales leadership within a large corporation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and exceed a monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan
Ability to communicate with high level employees within organizations
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel throughout assigned territory. Overnights necessary. Travel estimated at 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business
Background in selling and providing solutions to retail customers
Experience with strongly preferred.

Locations can be in a major metropolitan area in the Northeast, Central and West Coast states
