Current Opportunity - Business Development Manager

ProDrivers is expanding their presence and needs a motivated self-directed business development manager with the ability to work with an established clientele base and develop a new customer base. The ability to sell in a consultative manner and stress quality and value over price is essential. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years outside sales exp. in a metrics based sales environment. Staffing or transportation experience is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (but not limited to...)

Create a Business Development Plan to Generate Branch Sales Growth and Profitability:

*Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients.

*Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives.

*Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual gross margin dollar objectives.

*Work directly with Manager to establish individual activity and result expectations.

*Cross-sells services, including alternative staffing solutions, of all RemX and Select divisions. EmployBridge is an equal opportunity employer. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Seeking hungry, goal-driven salesperson.

*Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

*Possess strong negotiation skills.

*Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.

*Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.

*Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.


Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of business experience in related field.


*Previous experience in sales position is required.

*Proven track record is required.

*Retail staffing experience is desired.
