span Ajilon is looking for a Business Development Manager for one of our best clients in the Louisville KY area. You will play an integral strategic role in our relationships with our prospective and present clients. One must have the tenacity to pursue and close sales of new and existing clients while maintaining a book of existing clients. br   br Position Responsibilities br • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers br • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships br • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors br • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives br • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders br • Forecast and track key account metrics br • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment br • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. br • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts br • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. br • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. br • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. br • Proven global account management or other relevant experience. br • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level br • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs br • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail br • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills br • Excellent verbal and written communications skills br   br Position Requirements br • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales br • 4 year degree is preferred br • Consistent track record of overachievement br   br If you are interested in the Business Development Manager position in Louisville KY please click apply!
