JOB DESCRIPTIONAre you an experienced professional ready to join a growing group of Staffing Professionals serving the needs of businesses within the Northern Bay Area? As a Business Development Representative you?ll have the opportunity to work within our staffing division, networking and building relationships with our prospective client base to learn more about their current needs.
Your job is to build rapport with key decision makers by understanding what makes them tick and gathering information along the way to better provide industry related information and become a valued resource. This position requires someone who has a natural curiosity for learning about others and their needs.
What we?re looking for:
? College Degree and at least 3 years prior experience within the Staffing Industry
? Motivation to connect with as many businesses as possible to discover potential leads
? Desire to become a valued resource and partner to prospective clients
? Strong communication skills and strong conversationalist
? Passion to be part of a rapidly growing team helping match qualified top talent with great companies
Although it?s not required, it?s even better if you can bring business-to-business sales experience. You can use your B2B experience to successfully navigate through the Staffing world.
