Salary commensurate with experience up to 165K base plus OTE and Bonus incentives

Key Points: Account Director Hunter selling IT / Managed / Offshore Services into Property Casualty OR Life Insurance companies. Looking for Senior sales executives. Must have stable job history. 2 jobs in 5 to 6 yrs or 3 jobs in 7 to 9 yrs. NOT looking for hardware of software sales types.
Position: Company has been growing rapidly and faster than its peer set. To manage and further accelerate their growth, Direct client is seeking to infuse talent in the sales function. The sales approach is very focused and aimed at prospects where the company has a strong value proposition; a mix of our differentiated offerings, technology and operations led services and our unique approaches help us stand out from the competition.
The position is that of an individual contributor and will be supported with a dedicated pre sales team.
* Lead the sales and new client acquisition effort in defined markets and geography
* Identify opportunities, present capabilities and gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue
* Analyze market trends, implications and develop strategies to participate in resultant opportunities.
* Act as a coach and partner to Company's in helping them develop strategies leveraging global sourcing and establish as a though leader and preferred partner to their organizations
* Deal and contract management; develop and negotiate contracts; and pricing models
* Stay tuned to market and competition, participate in tradeevents, conferences, customer forums and provide inputs to the practice teams towards developing contextual offerings that will help differentiate in the market place
* Meet and exceed sales revenue and future revenue targets
THE PORTFOLIO: THE CANDIDATE WILL BE SELLING A RICH BASKET OF SERVICES ACROSS TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS DESIGNED FOR THE ENTIRE FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECTRUM.
Business process outsourcing - with special emphasis on the middle and back office of financial Institutions
Business and Technology Consulting and Systems integration
Project-based application services
Analytics, BPM, EIS, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing
MUST HAVE STRONG CLIENT FACING SKILLS.

.Ability to efficiently manage time and leverage a global team
.Requires domestic and limited international travel
.Timely updates to internal CRM systems and salesreporting
