Selected individuals must be comfortable and confident being the face of Kraft Heinz to our customers.

The Business Development Trainee Program Sales Management consists of an experiential development program at one of our corporate headquarters in the U.S. Your project assignments will then begin at one of our U.S. Sales offices. For the duration of the classroom based training, corporate housing will be provided. Our Trainees typically see their career beginning as an Analyst with a clear trajectory to a category management or front line selling role working with our partners in key customers such as Walmart, Kroger, Safeway, Costco, etc.` They benefit from direct P&L exposure and management early in career while contributing to the management of cross functional areas such as supply chain, marketing, finance and people.

This opportunity may be for you if:
You will relocate to either Pittsburgh or Chicago for approximately 2 weeks for the dedicated training program
You are mobile within U.S. following the first 2 weeks to begin your career in a Sales office: Cincinnati, OH; Colonial Heights, VA; Grand Rapids, MI; Irvine, CA; Kansas City, KS; Minneapolis, MN, Nashville, TN, Parsippany, NJ; Rogers, AR; San Antonio, TX; San Ramon, CA; Tampa, FL
You have a minimum grade point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or top 25% of sliding GPA scale)
You have a proven history of setting and delivering against personal goals and massively over delivering
You demonstrate a proven capability and interest in Analytics and Excel or other data management tools
You bring positive energy to every interaction and project
You possess a clear passion for customer facing interactions and delivering results through data analysis and insights
You have a strong verbal and written communication skills mixed with the interest and humility to interact with our consumer base
You show a proven ability to simplify the complex and solve the root cause of a problem
You enjoy winning and takes results personally
You dream of being known as the best in their field
You prioritize demonstrated integrity as a must; you never take shortcuts when it comes to integrity
You are pursuing a Bachelor s degree and must be a graduating Senior eligible to start in Summer 2017
