POSITION TITLE: Business Development (sales)

COMPENSATION: $80k-$100k base + vehicle allowance + employee paid insurance + generous commissions + 401k

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION: Houston to Corpus Christi Texas

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within territory and market segment by effectively selling the company's services and value
Promotes, sales and secures business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
Plan and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investments for the territory/segment
Develop and implement actions to maintain our current customers and obtain additional business and customers; there is strong business development focus in this role
Always portray the company and our assets in a positive way
Foster a team environment and positive corporate image

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 yrs instrumentation electrical (I&E) sales experience (preferred) OR Project management or operations candidates seeking a career transition into sales
Midstream and Downstream book of business required
Knowledge and successful track record in operations or sales of electrical, fabrication and instrumentation services
Knowledge and experience selling construction, installation and maintenance services
Must be a relationship builder - able to communicate with all levels of personnel to management
