Business Intelligence Lead
Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises. Mental Functions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing and use interpersonal skills. The employee is regularly required to prioritize, multitask, analyze, interpret, coordinate, compile, evaluate, synthesize, compute, problem solve, concentrate, and think critically. The employee is occasionally required to copy, instruct, and negotiate. Judgment and Decision-Making: Work is regularly assigned by self, supervisor, and departmental staff. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to exercise prudent judgment, decision making, and analytical skills to determine manner and operational steps necessary to properly handle inquiries and perform daily tasks within professional standards. External Additional Requirements
-Requires a bachelor s degree plus 8-12 years of experience.
-8 years experience in Information Technology (IT) / Information Systems (IS) or relevant business leadership plus a minimum of 2 years experience working as a manager leading people.
-5 years in leading multiple IT program / project management responsibilities, spanning different IT competencies (e.g. Project Management, Software Selection, Test / QA, Vendor Management, etc.).
-Extensive experience in multidimensional data modeling, such as start schemas, snowflakes, de-normalized models, handling "slow-changing" dimensions/attributes.
External Preferred Qualifications
-Experience or exposure to enterprise data management strategy development and associated tools in a ERP environment.
* -In Depth knowledge and execution management skills in software migration.
* -Knowledge of SAP products helpful.
* -Extensive expertise in QlikView, and related technical reporting platforms like COGNOS, SAP Reporting tool set, etc.
* -Extensive expertise in data modeling, both logical and physical.
* -Experience with relational - SQL - and multidimensional - MDX - query languages.
* -Experience with agile software development and a solid understanding of key BI trends.
* -A solid understanding of leading edge technologies and best practices such as Hadoop and Big Data.
