This Business Line System Analyst position supports the development of strategic Core Retail technologies such as Branch Connections and EnAct. As a BLSA, you will work with business lines and vendors to identify business needs, define solution requirements and implement software enhancements that are used by 2,500 Commerce bankers every day. Your job duties entail requirements elicitation and documentation, enterprise analysis, solution assessment, consulting and user acceptance testing.



Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm



Education: College degree (business administration or computer science) or business analyst certification (CBAP) preferred.



Preferred applicants will have: 3 or more years of practical business systems analyst experience with software development, acquisition or implementation projects. Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation including the creation of user stories, use cases and business process models. Strong technical aptitude with capacity to understand technical issues associated with database, mainframe, object-oriented design and web-based technology. Very detail oriented with strong problem solving skills. Above average written and oral communication skills with emphasis on the ability to effectively communicate business and technical concepts. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and peers.1 year of SCRUM software development experience is preferred. 1 year Retail banking experience is preferred.
