JOB DESCRIPTIONresponsibilities include delivery of products from the factories, contract manufacturers, staging and consolidation facilities, and third party suppliers. The team leads improving Supply Chain performance and customer experience.
A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain related functions
At least 3 years of direct people management responsibilities
Seeking an individual with a solid education background, demonstrated results, and management experience to become a part of Motorola Solutions Supply Chain next generation of leaders.
Manage the North America Infrastructure business for Supply Chain.
He/she will directly lead the Third Party Supply Planning team.
Enable sales and business for growth. Drive revenue and delivery targets.
Align with the business teams for accurate revenue forecasting.
Provide leadership to ensure on-time-delivery and minimize delinquent backlog.
Manage and execute projects.
Lead and drive book to ship cycle time improvements.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop the team.
Lead the internal Supply Chain teams for product delivery and work with the external partners for business forecast.
Build relationships with the internal and external teams.
The candidate should possess high energy, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and is a relationship builder.
Direct supervision/team or department management experience
Supply Chain operations experience plus.
Business operations knowledge plus.

A BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. A minimum of 5 years of general work experience.
