Responsibilities:The Business Pro proactively engages small business customers to drive overall sales and properly qualify/discover their needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction. Based on customer shopping needs while in the store, the Business Pro will partner with store associates (and if applicable, local Contract Sales Reps, Inside Sales Reps and Call Center Reps) to service business customers who want a seamless, professional and channel agnostic shopping experience. The Business Pro's ultimate goal is to provide a differentiated experience to small business customers by demonstrating an expertise of the brand, solutions, and other products and services offered. Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in business related sales and services Other Information:Must be knowledgeable in Business needs
Must possess advanced discovery and selling skills
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers
Must be adaptable to a changing environment
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
