* A restricted program in Reston, VA has an immediate need for a Business Process Analyst to assist IT Service Management team with process definition, process documentation, and quality assurance\. Candidate will be responsible for enterprise process management, and providing quality assurance support\. Candidate must be customer service oriented, have strong team and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi\-task, when required\. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a mandatory requirement\. Ideal candidate will have the ability to perform and complete tasks with minimal or no supervision\.

* Responsibilities include:

* - Coordinate with senior customer management regarding board reviews and team compliance with policy\.- Facilitate weekly governance meetings, Configuration Control/Engineering boards, and Agile ceremonies; document results; and ensure adherence to customer's enterprise Agile processes\.- Ensure compliance of artifacts for Agile ceremonies to governance and quality assurance policies, processes, procedures, standards and customer guidelines\.- Provide expertise and guidance in interpretation of policies and guidelines\.- Capture, monitor, and facilitate closure of board action items/issues\.- Coordinate with customer management on evolving processes\.- Facilitate coordination between the multiple functions and stakeholders within customer's organization and contractor teams for strategy development, program review/control governance, planning/scheduling, and quality assurance to enhance organizational performance\.- Provide planning, logistics support, and assessment of team readiness for major Agile milestones such Release Planning and System DemonstrationBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related process definition and improvement experience\. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree\.- Strong technical writing skills\.- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing\. Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills to problem solve and effectively relate to customer needs\.- Demonstrated leadership experience building cross\-organizational consensus\.- Basic familiarity with Agile processes and principles\.- Current and active Top Secret clearance\.Preferred Qualifications:
